The Charleston County Public Library will host an afternoon with local historian Damon L. Fordham, author of the recently published Voices of Black South Carolina: Legends & Legacy.  Mr. Fordham will discuss and sign copies of his new book, which relates the stories of notable black South Carolinians, many of whose contributions to the state’s history have not been brought to light until recently.
